Petrobras opened a new public tender this Thursday (9) for the technical level. The registration period runs from 02/15 to 03/17 and no prior experience is necessary.
There are a total of 373 vacancies, in addition to the reservation register – future vacancies to be filled – with 8% reserved for people with disabilities and 20% for blacks.
The starting salary will be BRL 5,563.90 and the benefits offered are education for dependents, optional supplementary pension, health plan (hospital, medical, psychological, dental and pharmacy benefit), among others.
According to the company’s president, Jean Paul Prates, the objective of the selection process is to bring new talents with technical training to work in the development, mainly, of oil and pre-salt fields.

- Maintenance – Mechanics (66);
- Maintenance – Instrumentation (55);
- Maintenance-Electrical (41);
- Occupational Safety (36);
- Ballast operation (24);
Inspection of Equipment and Installations (11); - Procurement of Goods and Services – Administration (6);
- Transport and Control Logistics (6);
- Occupational Nursing (5);
- Projects, Construction and Assembly – Mechanics (5);
- Projects, Construction and Assembly – Electrical (4).
The process will be valid for 12 months, and may be extended by Petrobras if necessary. It will be organized by the Brazilian Center for Research in Event Promotion Evaluation and Selection (Cebraspe).
