THE Federal Police awaits the result of the expertise to finalize the case of the three agents of the Federal Highway Police (PRF) who shot the young Juliana Rangel, 26 on Christmas Eve last year, on the Washington Luís Highway, in Duque de Caxias, Baixada Fluminense from Rio de Janeiro.
Criminal technical expertise serves for investigators to know the path of shooting that came out of the PRF car to the family car, what the speed and which weapon broke the shot that hit Juliana’s head.
The expert result will join the testimonies of family members and the investigated agents themselves. As CNN showed Last December, the police confirmed in testimonies to the PF and the PRF that they shot in the girl’s family car.
The police wore two rifles and an automatic pistol. The weapons were seized for the expertise.
According to the statement, the police said they heard shots as they approached the car, they deduced that they came from him, but then found, according to them, that they had committed a serious misconception.
The PRF informed the CNN that agents remain away from operational service.
Last Saturday (26), Juliana Rangel left the Intensive Care Center (CTI) and can talk.
The student Jessica Rangel, Juliana’s sister, published videos on a social network to give up -to -date information about the victim’s health.
Jessica reported that she had dreamed that her sister was talking. “Then I arrive, my mother calls me video: Juliana talking. I said: ‘Juliana, are you talking?’ And she: ‘Hi, Jessica. Yes, I’m talking! ”He said. According to Jessica, Juliana also asked about her niece.
“And today Juliana went to the ward, thank God, guys! What a wonderful news, ”added Jessica.
By note, the Adão Pereira Nunes Municipal Hospital, from Duque de Caxias, confirms the transfer of CTI to the ward and informs that Juliana has “good general condition, presenting good clinical, hemodynamic and respiratory stability last week”.
