PF fulfills new search warrants at the home of judges and TJ-PA servers

The Federal Police (PF) this Friday (5th) fulfills 12 search and seizure warrants in the second phase of operation Quem Indica in Pará.

In this new stage, police officers search residential and functional addresses of judges and servers of the Court of Justice of Pará (TJ-PA).

The warrants were issued by the Superior Court of Justice (STJ). Members of the Attorney General’s Office (PGR) accompanied the searches.

On Thursday (4), during the searches, the PF seized documents that, according to the police, would demonstrate the size of the subdivision of commissioned positions with those sponsored by TJ-PA magistrates in various sectors of the State Executive.

The PF found proof of payments and bank statements that would indicate the use of a personal account on a server to pay magistrate bills, in the so-called rachadinha.

After analyzing the material, the PF asked for the extension of search and seizure warrants to new suspects, due to the possible risk of evidence disappearing.

Investigations into operation Quem Indica are expected to continue, but the names of those involved have not been released.
