The Federal Police (PF) opened an investigation after the hacker attack on the Ministry of Health’s system. The PF also confirmed that the system had been compromised. After the attack, the Ministry decided to postpone the mandatory quarantine for travelers not vaccinated against Covid-19 by a week.
Convicted in the jury of the Kiss Nightclub
The members of Nightclub Kiss, the singer of the band Gurizada Fandangueira and the producer of the group were sentenced to prison. The Court of Justice granted a habeas corpus in favor of one of the defendants, which suspended the execution of the sentence for the four. The tragedy left 242 dead and 636 injured in Santa Maria (RS) in January 2013.
