The Federal Police, together with the São Paulo Military Police, seized about 50 pens of Mounjaro, injectable used by type 2 diabetics, this Monday (19).
The seizure occurred on Assis Chateaubriand Highway (SP-425), in Penápolis, in the interior of São Paulo.
At the time of the seizure, the agents approached a tour bus, where a man presented suspicions, and after personal magazine, were found the applying pens, which are controlled and have restricted commercialization in Brazil.
In a statement, the PF reported will continue investigations to investigate the origin of the products, as well as the possible practice of international drug trafficking and the identification of others involved.
