The Federal Police seized on Thursday (22) about 664kg of cocaine, in the port of Santos, on the coast of São Paulo.
According to the PF, the drug was found during a routine inspection, and was destined for the port of Antwerp in Belgium.
The tablets were in the middle of a polyethylene load.
In a statement, the corporation reported that teams from the Maritime Police Center performed steps on the spot, and that the drug must undergo expertise.
An inquiry will be opened by the Federal Police Station in Santos, aiming to investigate the facts and identify the perpetrator.
