THE Phil Collins he will be sworn in for his ex-wife’s allegations that, among other things, he did not bathe or brush his teeth. Her lawyer, Richard Wolf, he added: “I spoke with his lawyer Phil and I look forward to his deposition sometime in December after his current tour “and continued:
“We were always ready and willing to discuss a solution to the issue. THE Orian nurtures warm feelings for him Phil as they have children together (s.s. two sons) and wants only what is fair and reasonable and what he agreed to Phil” concluded.
THE Collins had tried to stop his ex-wife – who married the 32-year-old Tom Bates last year – to sue him for half of their former home in Miami Beach, but now the case is moving forward and has to face questions from its legal team Orian on various complaints she has made in the past. These include allegations that the 70-year-old singer abused alcohol and prescription drugs, did not brush his teeth for months, stopped taking a shower and became “depressed, abusive and unable to have sex.”
The popular singer’s lawyers stressed that these allegations are “scandalous, obscene, immoral and for the most part, false or exaggerated.”
THE Collins and the Bates met in 1999, but divorced seven years later. They found them again in 2016, but their reunion did not last long.
