Adobe has officially authorized license renewals for existing customers in Russia. This was reported by the press service of Softline.
Softline is an official Adobe partner with the highest Platinum Reseller status in Russia and the CIS. The press service noted:
The information was published in the vendor’s official blog. All corporate users of the VIP sales channel in Russia can renew their current Adobe licenses, only new purchases and expansion of existing contracts are temporarily limited.
In particular, licenses can be renewed in the Softline Store online store. Polina Krasikova, Head of Adobe at Softline, commented:
In the current situation, I recommend renewing your Adobe licenses in advance so that you don’t lose access to products. When placing an order, the vendor may request additional verification due to sanctions restrictions, this may take from 2 to 10 business days. The renewal becomes available 30 days before the console date. For advice, you can always contact the Softline Store online supermarket or the Adobe-Softline team.”
Recall that on March 4, Adobe announced the termination of all sales in Russia, including sales of Premiere Pro, Photoshop and Lightroom, as well as other services and products of the company.
