The life of Pier Paolo Pasolini

Born in Bologna in 1922 and died in Ostia in 1975he was one of the most famous Italian intellectuals of the twentieth century: he was a poet, writer, director. Pier Paolo Pasolini is an author who has always taken original positions starting from left -wing positions, but never in Marxist orthodoxy. It was declaredly homosexual in a period in which it was rarely explicit.

He was the son of an army officer and an elementary teacher. He has often changed the city in childhood years due to his father’s work.
