His ex Federica Laviosa tried to avoid it (“Do I really have to see it?”, he seems to have whispered to his lawyers), and he, Piero Chiambretti he dribbled the press and photographers: «No thanks». This is Act I, scene I of the hearing that opened yesterday at the Palazzo di Giustizia in Turin.
It was the handler who sued his daughter’s mother to ask the court to modify “the conditions of assignment and maintenance” of their daughter born on May 26, 2011. The reason? Her income has halved, going from 55 thousand to 26 thousand euros a month, so she would like the judge to officially reduce from 3 thousand to 800 euros the contribution that he has to pay monthly to his ex.
Chiambretti and Laviosa separated in 2016 and in December of the same year they reached an agreement onshared trust. Agreement implemented by the court of La Spezia, where mother and child lived at the time, who then moved to Turin to allow the child to stay with her father, the two weekends a month established by the judge.
Over the years, however, things have changed a bit and now the conductor has asked to modify this agreement, on the basis of the suspicion that the former “Use the maintenance contribution for your very personal needs”.
“Nothing is true, I also presented the account statements”Laviosa replies in an interview with The print. “I am a normal person, living a normal life with her little girl. And the only thing that matters to me now is his good. But what a bitterness: we could have talked about it without reaching this point ».
