Piraeus Bank is restructuring the leasing services of the Group with the aim of improving the services offered and reducing operating and management costs, as noted in a relevant announcement.
To this end, three new companies were established:
-The company Piraeus Financial Leaseswhich undertakes the activity of managing financial leasing.
-The company Sunshine Leasesto which non-performing lease exposures are transferred.
-The company Piraeus Property Real Estate Managementwhich undertakes the management of real estate related to leasing.
Piraeus Leasing continues the activity of the Piraeus Group in the dynamic leasing sector, maintaining a leading position in the market and offering innovative products and services.
In the new Piraeus Leasing, Mrs. Zoe Tachtsi assumes the duties of Managing Director, who until today held the role of Head of Development & Asset Management, in place of Andreas Dimitriadis, whom the Piraeus Group thanks for his contribution.
The companies Sunshine Leases and Piraeus Property Real Estate Management undertake the management of non-performing exposures and real estate from leasing activities of the Group, in the context of the implementation of its business plan.
Employees employed in leasing services were transferred to the respective new corporate schemes, retaining all employment and insurance rights.
