TÜV HELLAS (TÜV NORD) certified Piraeus Bank. Specifically, in the framework of its multi-year cooperation with Piraeus Bank, TÜV HELLAS (TÜV NORD) inspected and re-certified the Group Security and Supervision Unit of the Group according to the ISO 27001: 2013 standard concerning Information Security Management Systems.
It is noted that the certification concerns all the functions related to the security, management and operation of Piraeus Bank in its main computer center and are related to the design, implementation, support and management of the bank’s IT infrastructure.
The relevant inspection was carried out at the headquarters of Piraeus Bank in Athens, while the initial certification by TÜV HELLAS (TÜV NORD) took place in 2009.
