Piraeus Investment: In the first place among the stock exchange companies for the third consecutive month

Piraeus SA maintains the first place in the ranking of stock exchange companies operating in the Greek market, Greek and foreign, for the third consecutive month, with a market share of 24.3% in November and 20% in the eleven months.

According to the Athens Stock Exchange, the cumulative value of the company’s transactions in the month that just ended, amounted to 875.22 million euros and kept Piraeus SA in first place, as well as for the period January – November where the value of transactions exceeded 6.6 billion euros.

According to the relevant announcement, Piraeus SA is steadily strengthening its share in the Greek stock market and from 10% in 2017, it exceeded 17% in 2019 and 19% in 2020, winning the first place in both years, while moving at 20% shortly before the end of the year, remaining the basic choice of private and institutional investors from Greece and abroad for their transactions on the Athens Stock Exchange.

In the period January – November, in second place was Eurobank Equities with a share of 18.53% and in third place, Euroxx Stock Exchange, with a market share of 11.45%.
