Plane that crashed on houses in Belo Horizonte is removed by firefighters; see images

The Cessna 182 single-engine plane was removed, this Monday (13), by the Fire Department, after crashing into two houses in Jardim Montanhês, near Carlos Prates airport, in Belo Horizonte, last Saturday (11).

According to the corporation, all fuel was removed from the aircraft, which was hoisted by a winch. See details in the video below:

The pilot of the aircraft, a 60-year-old man, was rescued, but died in hospital.

According to firefighters, the pilot’s daughter, a 33-year-old woman, was also injured. She was rescued unconscious and with polytrauma. There were no casualties on the ground.

The Civil Police reported that they sent experts to the site to collect traces that will help in the investigations.
