Named Operation Repatriation, this was the first FAB flight to Europe to bring Brazilians and other citizens who left Ukraine in the last few days after the Russian invasion of the territory.
Most refugees head to Poland, a country bordering the east. According to the United Nations (UN), more than 2 million people have left Ukraine since the beginning of the conflict.
On the way out, 11.6 tons of medicines were also sent for emergency care, food and basic necessities for humanitarian aid.
