The Military Police of the Federal District arrested, on Wednesday (28), a 42-year-old man suspected of kidnapping, doping and raping a 12-year-old child.
The girl was allegedly kidnapped in Jardim Ingá, in the surroundings of the Federal District, and taken to his apartment on 411 Norte. Videos from security cameras show the man entering the building carrying a suitcase, inside which the girl would be.
Police officers from the 3rd Battalion’s Tactical Operational Group found the victim half-naked, with several bruises on her body and handcuffed by her feet.
According to the girl, the man would have used a knife to surrender her and then a woman would have used a cloth with chloroform to dope her. After that, it would have been placed inside the travel bag.
When the victim woke up, he was already in the man’s house.
The military found shock machines, cameras, sexual objects and pornographic material in the apartment. Electronic equipment was seized to undergo expertise.
The police confirmed that the woman who would have helped him was also arrested in Goiás.
