Poisonous snake from Ecuador found in bananas in supermarket

A poisonous snake from Ecuador was found in a bunch of New Hampshire supermarket on Saturday, according to the responsible wildlife bodies of the state. This snake belongs to the kind of Ornate Cat-Eye (Leptodeira Ornata scientific name), a mild poisonous reptile derived from Ecuador. This snake seems to have “traveled smuggled” from its tropical environment in the cold areas of New England. According to the New York Post, the New Humsire Fisheries and Wildlife Department said via Facebook that the competent officials responded to a summer call from the supermarket, where the snake appeared in the bananas. The snake was safely collected and transferred to the Rainforest Repptile Shows in Massachusetts to host.
