Complying with Russian demands is not the way to achieve peace in Europe, the Polish prime minister said on Saturday, amid growing tensions over the situation in Ukraine, according to Reuters.
“It is naive to believe that meeting some of Russia’s demands will lead to peaceful coexistence, peaceful coexistence,” Mateusz Morawiecki told the Munich Security Conference.
Morawiecki also said that Poland was ready to provide additional defense weapons to Kiev.
