Poland to build barbed wire fence on border with Russia’s Kaliningrad

Blaszak said that the Kaliningrad fence will be similar to the one Poland erected along the border with Belarus last year.

The enclave, where Russia has a significant military presenceis located on the Baltic coast between Poland and Lithuania and is separated from Belarus by a border corridor.
