The São Paulo Civil Police continues the search for members of Mancha Verde, suspected of having participated in the ambush against members of the Mafia Azul, from Cruzeiro, in Mairiporã (SP), on the morning of last Sunday (27).
Among the suspects, a man was arrested in the north of São Paulo this Friday (1st). He had an iron bar that would have been used on the day of the attack.
Deatur’s divisional delegate, Fernanda Herbella, confirmed the arrest of a 31-year-old suspect. The temporary arrest warrant was served in the Freguesia do Ó neighborhood.
Since the day of the crime, the police have targeted six people who may have been involved in the violent action. The ambush resulted in the death of a 30-year-old Cruzeiro fan.
The Public Prosecutor’s Office helps the police find suspects in this action. The incident, which left 17 people injured, was called “savage scenes” by the prosecutor’s office.
The police carried out searches for the six fans who had already been identified by the police and the São Paulo Public Ministry since the early hours of this Friday morning (1st).
During the execution of the arrest and search and seizure warrants, the police found more clues to other suspects.
As a result, new requests for arrest and search and seizure were requested from the Court, which ordered the arrests this Friday (1st).
