Five suspects were arrested by the Civil Police last Thursday (10) for applying blows to a false bank service center in São Bernardo do Campo, Greater São Paulo.
The clandestine center, where the suspects made contact with the victims pretending to be bank employees, operated in a commercial building in the city center.
Among the prisoners are four women and one man, aged 22 to 36 years.
After contact with the victims, the false attendants requested bank transfers, extracted personal data and passwords.
Nine cell phones, five notebooks and four pen-drives were seized with those involved.
All were taken to the Santo André Sectional Police Station, where the case was registered as a criminal association and compliance with a search and seizure warrant.
