The Civil Police of Paraná are investigating the case of Jaine Kochanski, 27, who was stabbed to death by her husband in front of her two children.
The incident took place last Friday (05), in Ponta Grossa, in the central region of the state.
According to the police, Cezar Valter discovered an affair and argued with his wife, at which point he stabbed her in front of their children.
On the same day, the man published a text on his social media with photos of the couple with their children, as well as a screenshot that showed Jaine’s location, supposedly in a motel in the region.
In the post, Cezar wrote that he had done something “irreparable” and that he would never forgive himself for the action he committed.
“I destroyed everything I had. For those who are saying that she didn’t cheat and I’m crazy, ‘there you go’, I got her location and then she confessed to me herself, there’s audio of her saying it. Forgive me for the pain I caused. My children, I did something that will never be able to be fixed. I couldn’t live with that”, he added.
Also on social media, one of Jaine’s relatives posted a video to pay tribute to the victim, with a compilation of photos of her. “Now she will shine on the paths of heaven. Rest in peace, Jaine,” the family member wrote.
According to the police, after the crime, the suspect died after a traffic accident on BR-153, in the region of Tibagi, a city located about 200 kilometers from the capital Curitiba.
