The Bahia Civil Police launched an operation, on the morning of Wednesday (26), to face drug trafficking in the region of Salvador, Bahia.
The Specialized Department of Narcotrafficking Repression (Denarc) acts in the fulfillment of search and seizure warrants in the capital. See the performance of the Civil Police:
Warrants were fulfilled in properties linked to members of criminal groups operating in the Brotas, Cosme de Farias, Controversy and Vila Laura neighborhoods.
“The targets investigated are responsible for territorial disputes in those neighborhoods and have direct involvement with the logistics of drug trafficking, including narcotics storage, firearm concealment and articulation of violent actions against rival groups, as well as participation in homicides,” the Civil Police said in a statement.
