The Civil Police sought to dismantle criminal organizations and curb homicides, drug trafficking and heritage crimes. The action was attended by about 1,200 civil police officers to comply with More than 700 arrest warrants and search and seizure .
According to the police, they were fulfilled 455 arrest orders and 292 search and seizure. Another 178 people were arrested in the act and 15 teenagers were seized.
During the operation, an armed confrontation occurred in Itapitanga, in the south of the state, between criminals and the police teams. Edeilton Moreira Souza, pointed out as one of the leaders of the criminal group that worked in the region was shot and died.

Among those detainees, 160 are suspected of crimes against life, 231 for drug trafficking, 63 for rape, 75 for domestic violence, 118 for crimes against heritage and 187 for other offenses. Teams also seized 127 firearms, 74 vehicles and R $ 157 thousand in kind .
This was the 15th phase of Operation Unum Corpus, which totals 3,869 prisons 614 weapons seized and more than 800 kg of drugs taken from circulation.
