Police see no violation in video of singer Gusttavo Lima’s 7-year-old son driving a car

The Civil Police of Goiás concluded, this Wednesday (3), that there was no violation of the Brazilian Traffic Code (CTB) and the Penal Code in the publication in which one of the children, aged 7, of the couple Gusttavo Lima and Andressa Suita, appears driving a car.

The information was confirmed after the Bela Vista Police Station analyzed the images and the circumstances of the location.

This week, the president of the Goiás State Traffic Department (Detran-GO), Waldir Soares de Oliveira, asked the state’s Civil Police to investigate the conduct of model Andressa Suita, responsible for publishing the video.

The video was published on Andressa’s social media and shows the minor driving the vehicle on private property.

Next to him is another child, who even stands up in the front seat and sticks his head out of the sunroof. In the caption, he wrote: “7 or 18?” Look:

In a statement, the president of Detran reported that, due to the fact that the video was recorded inside a private area, the traffic authorities do not have the power to act and inspect.

A CNN still trying to contact the couple, but, up until the publication of this article, there was no response.
