A police officer is accused of strangling his young girlfriend after learning she was pregnant with his child while she was having an illicit relationship with his brother. According to the New York Post, the perpetrator is 34-year-old Matthew Farwell from Massachusetts who killed 22-year-old Sandra Birchmore at her home on February 1, 2021 and staged the crime to make it look like a suicide. The American publication wrote that the man was arrested a few days after the murder, but the case took a new turn some time ago after a police investigation and a new lawsuit by the victim’s family.
