I repeat my appeal for the release of the hostages. War is always a defeat, I am also referring to Ukraine. War is a destruction of human brotherhood, stop it, brothers.”
Pope Francis added that next Friday, October 27, for the Catholic Church will be a day of fasting, penance and prayer, in favor of peace.
