Popular smartphones Samsung Galaxy A and Galaxy M began to freeze and reboot

As reported by SamMobile, an unidentified error has been identified on the mid-range Samsung Galaxy A series smartphones and the budget Galaxy M smartphones, causing them to freeze and restart.

These issues have been reported by owners of the Galaxy M30s, Galaxy M31, Galaxy M31s, Galaxy A50, Galaxy A50s, and Galaxy A51. The latter, as a reminder, was one of the best-selling phones of 2020. Some devices reboot all the time, and the problem has been showing for a couple of months now. Samsung has not yet commented on the issue.

Samsung service centers have advised some of the affected owners to replace the motherboard, it costs more than $ 100. It is also worth noting that the devices are based on Samsung Exynos single-chip systems. But it’s not at all a fact that the reason is in Samsung microcircuits. There might be a software issue.

At the moment there is no solution to the problem, resetting to factory settings does not help.
