The delegate said that “the place is known as a point of purchase and sale of illicit drugs dominated by the criminal faction called the Red Command”.

Russo stated that an investigation of the location was requested, as well as the seizure of Mingau’s car for criminal investigation.
“We are waiting for collaborators with information, intelligence work, local cameras, possible cell phone footage. Anyone who can help us, we will guarantee the secrecy of the information so that we have the elucidation as soon as possible of the perpetrators of the shooting and the arrest of these elements”, he concluded.

Porridge is being transferred to São Paulo on a Fire Department aircraft equipped with an ICU.
The city government informed the CNN that the Fire Brigade helicopter landed in Paraty to start the transfer, around 11 am.

A CNN through the advice of the Municipality of Paraty, the management of the Hospital Municipal Hugo Miranda informed that the bassist “was stabilized by the hospital team and an evaluation was carried out by the neurosurgery team, who verified the need for transfer to a hospital specialized in neuroscience” .
“The State Department of Health authorized the transfer of the Fire Department aircraft, equipped with a Mobile ICU, leaving only the authorization of the São Paulo hospital for the transfer”, he added.
The producer of Ultraje a Rigor, Sammantha Donadel, said, however, that Mingau will be taken to the São Luiz Itaim hospital, in the south zone of São Paulo.
The hospital’s advisory said that “everything is ready to receive him”, but they still haven’t received details of Mingau’s state of health.
In a note, Mayor Luciano Vidal thanked the State Health Secretary, Dr. Luizinho, and Governor Cláudio Castro (PL) for their support in the transfer operation.

The mayor, according to the advisory, is on an official trip to France, but the transfer is accompanied by the Secretary of Health, Carla Lacerda, and by the deputy mayor Izaques Merendaz.
