The two companies have in fact joined the forces to celebrate the 40 years of Porsche Italia, an opportunity for which the Italian branch of the Stuttgart house presents two special models based on the 911 Carrera 4 GTS and on the Taycan 4S, made in collaboration with Ferragamo.

The collaboration between the two brands

The two creative teams worked closely throughout the project. The Ferragamo team went to Zuffenhausen, while those of Porsche and Porsche Italia visited Florence. The perfect shade of color ‘Bllusogno’ It was obtained using leather and fabric samples used for the iconic bag Hug And for the clothing of the Italian brand.

“Both Porsche and Ferragamo recognize themselves for an unmistakable design in the name of timeless elegance. With the ’40 years of age Porsche Italia ‘we pushed this minimalist and purist approach to the extreme », he underlines Grant Larson, responsible for the design of Porsche’s special projects. “Salvatore Ferragamo has experienced a lot with unusual natural materials,” continues the designer. «This has prompted us to choose unusual solutions for the interiors and to dye the wood of Paldao blue. The exteriors: ‘Blusogno’ finish enhanced by thin white lines

The “Paint to Sample Plus” program offers Porsche customers the opportunity to create totally personalized colors. ‘Blusogno’ was developed and chosen as the exclusive color for the cars of this special edition. Thin and precise white lines, inspired by the stylistic elements of Ferragamo, are applied to the front hood and on the rear spoiler, creating chromatic accents that transmit elegance and dynamism.

Both central uprights take a celebratory plate on which the number ’40’, the years 1985 and 2025 and the words ‘Porsche’ and ‘Italy’ – a tribute to the 40th anniversary of Porsche Italia stand out. All these elements are in relief, so that they can also be perceived to the touch.

The rims are painted in ‘blouse’ and embellished with very thin white painted white lines. The cover also resumes the exclusive blue color, which contrasts suggestively with the Porsche Scudetto, specially painted red for the occasion and homage to the color symbol of Ferragamo. In the rear, the abbreviation of the model is hand -painted in white with edges in ‘blouse’, a detail that gives the whole a refined and harmonious touch. Upon request, the lamellae of the rear hood grid of the 911 can be painted in green, white and red to recall the colors of the Italian flag.

The interiors

Also in the passenger compartment dominates the ‘blush’ shade. For this project, both the leather and the yarns have been specifically created in this special color. The front and rear seats, as well as the GT sports steering wheel and the gear lever in the 911 are covered in ‘blush’ leather. The modern tubular profile of the seats and the mark corresponding to 12 o’clock on the GT sports steering wheel in Pebble Gray Color take the lively accents of the outsiders. The holder case and the key holder are also made of ‘bliss’ leather. An element of optional contrast is given by the red coating of the storage compartment and the front trunk.

The 911 central dashboard and console are finished with Paldao inserts in the exclusive ‘bliss’ color. In the Taycan, the large wooden surfaces of the goalkeeper’s panels are divided chromatically: the upper part is blue, the lower one of an elegant black. In the 911, an aluminum insert with the “40 years Porsche Italia” logo further embellishes the dashboard on the passenger side. In the Taycan, the edition logo is affixed to a special plate on the central console. A bright white Ferragamo logo is integrated into the black brushed aluminum subproats. The Sport Chrono watch in the upper part of the dashboard sports an exclusive dial with i colors of the Italian flag: The rings are green, white and red, while the second hand is red.

The sides of the car key are ‘blouse’ color. The special edition also includes a personalized car covers of the same color with white profiles, Porsche coat of arms colored on the front and writing white Ferragamo on the sides.
