The owner of the Porsche was released by a Military Police officer without taking a breathalyzer test. He left the scene of the accident with his mother, who told the police that she was taking her son to a hospital due to an alleged injury to his mouth.
Later, he was not found by the police at the indicated location and turned himself in to the police on April 6, after being declared a fugitive. The case is being processed in secret.
