Porsche owner and friends bought caipirinha and whiskey drinks in bar on the night of the accident

Businessman Fernando Sastre de Andrade Filho, 24, who caused an accident that killed an app driver at the end of March, denied having consumed alcoholic beverages in his statement to the police, but runs a bar he was at with friends, shows consumption in a caipirinha and eight whiskey-based drinks.

A CNN had access to the consumption statement of Fernando, his girlfriend and a couple of friends, who were at a restaurant on the night of March 30th, where they had dinner and had a few drinks. As it is not an individual command, there is no way of knowing the consumption of each member of the table. Fernando's defense was approached to comment on the case and to date I have not returned contact.

In a statement given to the police on April 1, Fernando said that he had not drunk alcoholic beverages on the night of the accident. He did not take a breathalyzer test, as, assisted by his mother, he was removed from the scene.

A different version, presented by the friend's girlfriend, who was injured in the accident and was discharged this Thursday (11), points out that Fernando had drunk some drinks, without describing which ones. The order analyzed by the report does not offer non-alcoholic drinks.

The document attached to the investigation investigating the case shows that the friends consumed a total of a caipirinha made with vodka, costing R$ 35.00, eight drinks with the name Jack Pork, which, according to the restaurant's menu, is a mixture of whiskey, liqueur, a mixture of lemon and angostura, costing R$ 37, reais each.

The bar command, closed at 11:28 pm, also shows the consumption of portions, a snack and a sparkling water, totaling R$627.44.

Leaving the restaurant and going to the games room

Following the night that ended with the death of app driver Ornaldo da Silva Viana, the friends went to a poker house, located just over 1 kilometer away from the restaurant, also in the Tatuapé neighborhood, East Zone of São Paulo .

At the gaming house, Fernando managed to profit R$675.00 from gambling that preceded the crime for which he was accused. According to entry and exit records, the friends stayed there for approximately two hours. In reports, the friends told the police that they were separated, so that one could not indicate what the other had consumed at the place.

Upon leaving the poker house, Fernando was caught on surveillance cameras arguing with his girlfriend, who said he was upset. Moments later, he caused the accident, hitting the back of a vehicle that was completely destroyed.
