Portugal opens to British tourists on 17 May

Ready to welcome British tourists from May 17 on condition they have been vaccinated against covid-19 or have a recent negative test coronavirus is Portugal, as stated today by Rita Markes, Minister of Tourism of the country.

“We hope to welcome them all British tourists from May 17 “Markes pointed out speaking on BBC radio, as rebroadcast by AMPE, while expressed the hope that tourism in Europe will recover this year.

THE Portuguese Minister explained that British tourists will be able to enter the country either by showing the their vaccination certificate against covid-19, or one negative coronavirus test, describing the process as “simple and clear”

The British should also be able to participate in the green, digital certificate in order to be able to travel, Markes stressed.
