Positive in coronavirus after Prince Charles and his wife Camilla

Positive in the coronavirus after her husband heir to the British throne Prince Charles confirmed to be the Duchess of Cornwall, Camilla.

“Her Royal Highness, the Duchess of Cornwall, tested positive for COVID-19 and is in isolation,” Clarence House said in a statement, adding that “we continue to follow the government’s instructions.”

Karolos, 73, tested positive for the coronavirus for the second time last week. Clarence House has not issued a new announcement about his state of health nor did he give any other details regarding Camila today.

They are both fully vaccinated

Both Carlos and Camilla are fully vaccinated against COVID-19, including the booster dose.

A source close to the royal family told Reuters last week that Charles had met his mother, Queen Elizabeth, two days before his positive test. According to the source, at that time Elizabeth was showing no symptoms but her condition is under monitoring.

Carlos was previously found positive in coronavirus in March 2020, when he stated that he was “lucky” to have only mild symptoms. Prince Charles’s son was also screened for the coronavirus shortly after his father in 2020.
