Potatoes have been part of our daily kitchen for a “short time” compared to other parts of the world – did you know, for example, that the sacred dough of potato-based gnocchi actually originated decades earlier and without them? – yet they have also become part of our gastronomic tradition.

In version chips they are perhaps the most consumed ever, queens of happy hours and aperitifs: well, from now on and with our recipe you will be able to make them at home too, knowing that you can always put a pinch of personalization of your own.
