The Certification is based mainly on the anonymous and confidential evaluation, which is carried out by the employees of the company regarding their experience from their work environment. This distinction comes in parallel with the substantial strengthening of the company, in the context of the wider transformation of the PPC group, confirming that corporate growth comes through steady investment in human capital.
