Premia Properties and Boutaris confirm the discussions between them

Premia confirms with an official announcement the article of Capital.gr about Boutaris.

In particular, in its reply letter to the Stock Exchange, the listed company states that it confirms that it is in exploratory discussions with the company I.BOUTARIS & SON SA. (“BOUTARIS”) and its creditors, for a possible transaction concerning the acquisition of BOUTARIS ‘real estate “.

In the same announcement he adds that “until today there is no binding agreement with the main creditors of BOUTARIS and in any case, it is pointed out that there is no certainty about the outcome of the discussions.

Also, as far as the Company is aware, Sterner Stenhus Greece AB, which is the largest shareholder of PREMIA, investigates in collaboration with other investors its participation in the BOUTARI winery with the aim of consolidating and future development of a historical enterprise.

PREMIA remains consistent in the implementation of its investment program by exploring the enrichment of its portfolio with properties that are part of its strategic areas of interest, including light industrial properties and especially those that meet sustainability criteria.

In case of a positive outcome of the negotiations, PREMIA will implement a pioneering and profitable transaction in the real estate sector.
