Premia: Submitting an application for the licensing of the company as AEEAP

PREMIA PROPERTIES announced today that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on November 18, 2021, decided to apply for a license as a Real Estate Investment Company (AEEAP), under Laws 2778/1999 and 420 2013 and the executive decisions and circulars of the Hellenic Capital Market Commission.

In addition, the Board of Directors provided members of the Board of Directors and executives of the Company with authorizations for the necessary actions for the submission of the application.

This decision serves the strategic planning of the Company which aims at its more effective activity in the real estate market by utilizing the tax advantages offered by the framework of AEEAP.

The Company’s application for licensing as an AEEAP will be examined by the Hellenic Capital Market Commission, while it will be submitted for approval by the Company’s shareholders at the forthcoming Extraordinary General Meeting scheduled for December 10, 2021, according to the specific requirements of the relevant invitation. has been published on the website of the Company and the Athens Stock Exchange.
