Chery has introduced the successor to Chery Tiggo 7 Pro, which is called Chery Tiggo 7 Plus.
The car received an updated radiator grill, a modified bumper and T-shaped daytime running lights. On the tailgate there is a Chery lettering instead of a logo, the taillights are connected by an LED strip.
The Chery Tiggo 7 Plus salon is made in the style of the Chery Tiggo 8 Pro: the car received a new steering wheel and a single large unit that combines the screens of the digital dashboard and the multimedia system.
Buyers will be offered a version with a 1.6-liter turbocharged engine producing 197 hp. with a torque of 290 Nm, which is paired with a 7-speed “robot”. More interesting is the hybrid version with a 1.5-liter engine and a 48-volt starter-generator.
In China, sales should begin this year, after which the car will be brought to other countries.
