The singer underwent a long surgery to remove a tumor in December, and recently said she has a definitive colostomy bag.
In August last year, Preta Gil posted a video talking about the return of cancer. In a video posted on social networks, she commented on the treatment and said that the disease spread to four different places.
Preta explained that he was in remission, but cancer recurrence can happen over a period of about five years. “Not only in my case, but in the case of 40% of people who have primary cancer and that’s what happened to me, my cancer came back.”
