The singer Preta Gil released this Thursday (28) behind-the-scenes images of its Carnival : O Preta Block . The event took place at RioArena in early February.
The 2024 edition of Bloco da Preta also marked the singer's return to solo shows since starting the cancer treatment . The singer was diagnosed with the disease in January 2023 and announced the end of treatment at the beginning of December last year.
To show the construction of Bloco da Preta, the artist made a mini documentary with images from the shows. In the episode released this Thursday (28), images of the preparation and behind the scenes for the parade are shown.
