PRF finds 90 thousand ecstasy tablets hidden in puff inside the car

The Federal Highway Police (PRF) seized about 90 thousand ecstasy tablets In Blue Heaven (PR), on BR-277, on the morning of Wednesday (12).

The agents found the illicit drug hidden in a padded furniture, popularly known as a puff, in a car approached after the driver made a prohibited overtaking.

In the approach, the police team found that the driver of the vehicle had no National Driver’s License (CNH). Faced with the traffic violation and the “driver’s nervousness”, the police began the car survey.

In the puff, the police found packages of colored tablets. The PRF found that it was Ecstasy, is the name given to lengths that have the MDMA substance, with psychotropic and hallucinogenic potential.

The seizure was the second largest in the history of the PRF. In the first position is the occurrence of 2017, in Cajati (SP), BR-116, when 100,000 tablets of the drug were seized.

The woman and the drug were referred to the Judicial Police. The case was registered as drug trafficking.
