“I am writing this not as the prince I was born, but as the man I became. I have worn many hats over the years, literally and figuratively, and my hope is that by telling my story – the ups and downs, the mistakes, the lessons learned – I can help show that no matter where we come from, we have more. in common than we think. I am deeply grateful for the opportunity to share what I have learned over the course of my life so far and excited for people to read a first-hand account of my life that is accurate and utterly true,” the prince said.
The pre-sale price is £28. Proceeds from sales of the book will be donated to two British charities.
According to Penguin Random House, Harry has already donated US$1,500,000 to Sentebale, an organization founded with Prince Seeiso, on the bequests of their mothers, supporting people affected by HIV/AIDS in Lesotho and Botswana.
