Prince Harry’s ex-girlfriend Cressida Bonasgave birth to her first child with her husband Harry Wentworth-Stanley.

The couple, who wed in a small, locked-down ceremony in Cowdray Park, West Sussex in 2020, were spotted pushing the pram with the newborn on a walk in west London, reports Richard Eden of Daily Mail.

Actress and model Cressida, 33, who dated the Duke of Sussex for two years until 2014, has not publicly revealed the name or gender of her baby.

Cressida showed off her baby bump at the wedding of Lady Tatiana Mountbatten in July, which she attended with her husband, Harry Wentworth-Stanley (he is Tatiana’s half-brother, whose mother, Marchioness of Milford Havenis married to her father).

Later, to the delight of her 57.6 million followers, she shared a moment of her pregnancy in an Instagram video. Captured on a summer vacation, the clip shows the expectant mother sitting with her arm around a little girl, possibly the daughter of a family friend. The two snap their fingers as they dance to the tune of You’ve Got a Friend in Me from Randy Newmanwith Bonas jokingly adding the caption: «Sass».

Cressida married her college sweetheart, real estate agent Harry Wentworth-Stanley, in a small, sheltered ceremony in 2020. The two had dated before her affair with the prince Harry and they found each other after that story ended in 2014. They announced their engagement in 2018.

She, as reported by Eden, she was already photographed with a baby bump while walking her dachshund dog in London earlier this summer. A close friend of Prince Harry’s ex-girlfriend said: “Cressie is very excited about the opening of this new phase in her life.”

Earlier this year, another ex of Harry’s, the South African businesswoman Chelsy Davy, welcomed her first child, a boy named Leo. Davy also recently married her partner, Sam Cutmore-Scott.

Prince Harry, for his part, is the father of two children, three-year-old Archie and one-year-old Lilibet, with his wife Meghan Markle. The couple now reside in Montecito, California following a decision they made in 2020 to step down as senior royals.

Cressida’s close friend Princess Eugenie, who introduced her to Harry in 2012, is able to give her some parenting advice, as the mother of one-year-old August Brooksbank. Eugenie’s sister Princess Beatrice also has a daughter, Sienna. It is certainly no less Pippa Middleton, sister of the Duchess of Cambridge, who gave birth to her third child, a girl named Rose.
