Prodea Investments informs the investing public, in accordance with the provisions of Law 3556/2007, as applicable, and Regulation 596/2014 that, in accordance with the 11.07.2022 notifications of Law 3556/2007 submitted to the Company by the legal entities Invel Real Estate BV, Invel Real Estate (Netherlands) II BV as well as their ultimate control CASTLELAKE OPPRTUNITIES PARTNERS, LLC, on 08.07.2022 the company Invel Real Estate BV transferred 37,640,076 shares with voting rights in the Company to the company Invel Real Estate (Netherlands) II BV
As a result of the above transfer, the percentage of participation of the company Invel Real Estate BV in the Company on an individual basis fell from 29.81%, as described in the Company’s announcement dated 27.05.2019, to 15.08% of the total number of voting rights of the Company , while the percentage of participation of the company Invel Real Estate (Netherlands) II BV in the Company on an individual basis rose from 65.49%, as described in the Company’s announcement dated 27.05.2019, to 80.22% of the total number of its voting rights Company, of which 78.12% is directly held by Invel Real Estate (Netherlands) II BV, while 2.1% is held indirectly through its controlled company Anthos Properties AKE.
In the context of the above transfer, it is clarified, by CASTLELAKE OPPRTUNITIES PARTNERS, LLC, that this is an internal reorganization of the portfolio while there has been no change in the ultimate control of all the voting rights in the Company exercised by the company CASTLELAKE OPPRTUNITIES PARTNERS, LLC or in the intermediary chain of custody as notified on 17.05.2019 and 23.05.2019. The total percentage of control of the company CASTLELAKE OPPRTUNITIES PARTNERS, LLC amounts to 95.30% of the total voting rights in the Company, as stated in the relevant update of the Company dated 22.04.2022.
