Producer prices in industry jumped by 24.5% in November, on an annual basis

Producer prices in the industry jumped 24.5% in November 2021, compared to the corresponding month last year, as announced by the Hellenic Static Authority.

The increase of prices on a monthly basis, ie in relation to October, moved to 1.1%.

More specifically, “the General Producer Price Index in Industry (total domestic and foreign market), with base year 2015 = 100.0 and reference month in November 2021, compared to the corresponding index of November 2020, showed an increase of 24.5% compared to a decrease of 9.0% in the respective comparison of the indicators of the year 2020 with 2019.

The General Index in November 2021, compared to the index of October 2021, showed an increase of 1.1% compared to an increase of 0.3% recorded during the corresponding comparison of the indices of the year 2020.

The average General Index of the twelve months December 2020 – November 2021, compared to the average General Index of the twelve months December 2019 – November 2020, showed an increase of 10.5% compared to a decrease of 6.3% in the corresponding comparison of the previous twelve months “.
