A demonstration on Monday night (31) closed the Hélio highway Hélio Smidt highway, which gives access to Guarulhos International Airport, in Greater São Paulo, and four flights were canceled until around 10:30 pm. Flight cancellation information is provided by the terminal’s press office.
Ecopistas reported on its Twitter profile that the protest takes place outside the concession stretch, at km 2.5 of the highway, which gives access to the terminal, with total blockage. At the time, traffic was slow on the Ayrton Senna highway, heading inland, from km 17 to 19, and towards São Paulo, from km 21 to 19.
The concessionaire set up a detour on the access to the Hélio Smidt highway towards São Paulo, to the Ayrton Senna side lane, and a detour for those coming from the interior, at km 1 of Hélio Smidt, towards the airport, to return to the Ayrton Senna highway. , towards the capital.
