Putin becomes Stalin: Opens Gulag in Russia, revives NKVD and by law promises greater repression

Vladimir Putin “revives” the Soviet Union, copying Stalin to continue to rule in Russia. Law promises to increase repression dramatically, opens new gulags, while “turning” the FSB into the infamous NKVD. The European Policy Analysis Center (CEPA) wrote that since February the state Duma is preparing three bills – expected to pass in July and become law in January – which will reshape the services and security framework in the country.
