Putin declared martial law in the 4 Ukrainian regions annexed by Russia

Martial law declared the Russian president, Vladimir Putin, at four Ukrainian regions annexed by Moscow (Donetsk, Luhansk, Zaporizhia and Kherson);

All Russian provinces, as Putin mentioned, should impose measures to secure critical facilities.

It is noted that these four Ukrainian regions were annexed to Russia, after referendums were held – which the West does not recognize and a few days later, a fiesta was set up in Moscow.

As part of the fiesta, a huge tent was erected in Moscow’s Red Square, with signs proclaiming that the four regions are part of Russia, while roads have been closed around the iconic square.

The citizens in the regions of Ukraine made their choices, we signed their annexation and we hope the parliament will accept it. After all, the right to self-determination is provided for in the UN charter,” Putin said during the celebrations.

“All those who want to have the right to live are victims of the inhumane actions of the Kiev regime. We will build the infrastructure and increase security so that the citizens feel the full support of mother Russia. We will never betray them, they will become Russian citizens. The 1991 decision was not based on the will of the citizens. Russia has no aspirations for the revival of the USSR,” he explained.
