Russia’s ambassador to North Korea, Alexander Matzegora, confirmed to the Russian newspaper that the president’s visit to Pyongyang would take place, adding that it was “actively being prepared.” “Vedomosti” also noted that Putin’s visit to Vietnam may take place already this month and most likely after his visit to North Korea.
